Our pre and post construction clean‑up service covers debris removal, surface cleaning, windows, floors, and fixtures. We clear out tape, plastics, scrap materials, and fine dust from walls, ceilings, ducts, and light fixtures, helping trades work efficiently and allowing inspectors to see exactly what they need to sign off on.

We understand that every project is different, so we fold this work into customized commercial cleaning plans when needed. That can mean phased cleans by floor, night work around other trades, or recurring touch‑ups while punch‑list items wrap up. The goal is always the same: clean, organized areas that do not slow your schedule.

Our crews handle detailed interior work such as scrubbing tiles, polishing stainless steel, cleaning countertops, and wiping millwork and baseboards, as well as washing interior and exterior glass. We remove labels and protective films from fixtures, appliances, and glazing so the final walkthrough highlights your craftsmanship instead of construction residue.

Specifications:

1. Floors

• Sweep and mop all vinyl floors, ceramic tile and LVT (Bamboo)
• Vacuum all carpeted floors including walk-off carpet and carpet cove base
• Wipe clean vinyl base

2. Basic Cleaning

• Dust and wipe off furniture fixtures, walls, doors, cabinet, including countertops, backsplash, equipment, and windows
• Remove all fingerprints from wall
• Clean all sinks
• Remove all trash from building and wipe down exterior of trash containers

3. Bathrooms

• Clean and disinfect toilet seat (both sides), basin and bowl, sink and fixtures
• Clean mirror
• Clean and disinfect sink and faucet fixtures
• Deodorize room

4. Water Fountain

• Clean, polish, and sanitize

5. Windows & Center Front

• Wash inside glass & window ledge as well as extension; dust adjacent architectural trim to remove all dirt, smudges, fingerprints, streaks, cobwebs, etc.
• Wash outside glass as well as architectural trim to remove dirt, smudges, fingerprints, & streaks (if required)
• Wash vestibule window panes inside and outside, including all trim

6. Building Exterior

• Sweep sidewalks and parking lot around MedExpress's space

7. High Dusting

• Use drop cloth as necessary to protect low areas under dusting
• Detail vacuum all exposed ceiling vent surfaces and hand wipe clean all exposed ceiling vent surfaces thoroughly with sponge
• Clean lighting throughout the office
• Dusting ceiling fans (if applicable)
• Damp wipe all high shelving, ledges
• Vacuum / dust mop floors after all cleaning completed

EXCLUSIONS:

• Construction debris or dumpster removal
• Out of scope work such as power washing; exterior signs will be quoted on a case by case basis.
